How to Rent
RENT IT. RIDE IT. RACK IT.
Getting on the water is as easy as 1, 2, 3
1. Choose your location
Use our booking map to choose a location, and select between Inflatable Grab-Bags at a WakeRack Locker near your favorite lake, or skip the stop and choose Rigid Gear at a Waterside WakeRack Locker.
Pay attention to the color codes: Red locations are for our Grab-Bag Lockers offering portable inflatable options, while Blue locations are Waterside Rigid Paddle Boards and Kayaks.
2. RENT IT
- Select your rental location
- Select your rental paddle boards and/or kayaks (one person kayaks are listed as a "kayak" and two person kayaks are listed as a "tandem kayak")
- Select your rental time - prices vary from $9 to $20 per hour and the total price will be displayed once rental time is selected (2 hour minimum for Rigid Gear and 3 hour minimum for Inflatable Grab-Bag Gear)
- Read and sign the rental agreement
- Submit your payment information
AFTER PAYMENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION
- Check your junk folder if you don't see the emails
RETRIEVE YOUR PADDLE BOARD(S) AND/OR KAYAK(S)
- Your access code(s) to retrieve your rentals from the WakeRack Locker will be provided in a separate email as well as a text message 1 hour before your reservation starts or within a couple of minutes of payment if the reservation is scheduled to start within the hour
3. RIDE IT
ENJOY YOUR PADDLE BOARD(S) OR KAYAK(S)
- Enjoy the great outdoors out on the lake with friends and family
- Please view our quick start guides if you need more information on setting everything up
- A life jacket must be worn at all times
4. RACK IT
RETURN TO WAKERACK LOCKER
- Return each piece of gear to the WakeRack locker you retrieved it from by the expiration of your rental period and notify us if anything is missing or damaged
- If your rental period is nearing an end and you would like to stay out longer, call us for availability
- Please be considerate of your fellow renters and return your equipment by expiration of your rental period -- if your rental period ends, we have not heard from you, and the equipment has not been returned you may be charged a $100 late fee for each rental
