Windows desktop companion software, supports SunEye models 100, 110, and 210. Software includes PV Designer.

On new installations, click ‘skip’ when prompted to connect the SunEye to your PC. When the installation completes your SunEye should connect normally.

If you see the message: “Waiting for device connection” or Error connecting to your Solmetric SunEye Device”, make sure you are running SunEye desktop app version 4.91.8447 (see link above). Re-launch the application, or go to ‘Help’ > ‘Windows Mobile Device Center Services Repair’ and click ‘Restart and Attempt Repair’. Contact Solmetric Support if these steps do not resolve the connection issue.

If you see a RAPI.dll error when launching the SunEye program, you will need to reinstall the SunEye software.
